Epoxy resins are well-known for their excellent adhesion and chemical resistance, and they are used in a wide range of industries. One shortcoming, however is, that most products do not provide sufficient flexibility.
ChemoWest UG developed hybrid epoxy resins with elastomeric polymers such as silicone, polysulfide, and polyurethane to combine the advantages and capabilities of epoxy and elastomer polymers. Therefore, these hybrid resins are specifically suitable for use in high performance adhesives, sealants, waterproofing, anti-corrosion industrial coatings, industrial and sports flooring and composites.

EPU - Epoxy Polyurethane Hybrid Network
The ChemoWest EPU product range are liquid epoxy resin/polyurethane hybrid networks to combine the advantages of both epoxy and polyurethane. They do not include any solvents (solvent-free). EPU is of a medium molecular weight and low to medium viscosity with combined advantage.
SE - Silicone Epoxy Block Copolymer
The ChemoWest SE product range are epoxy functional dimethyl poly siloxane copolymer fluids, which can be cured with almost any epoxy resins curing agents such as different types of aliphatic or cycloaliphatic amins, amides, acid anhydrides and other. The SE products are used to design high performance elastomers and highly elastic sealants.
EPS - Epoxidized Polysulfide
The ChemoWest EPS product range are epoxy-terminated medium to high viscosity liquid polysulfide polymers, which can be used in formulations alone or together with other liquid solvent-free and solvent-based epoxy resins. The purpose is to increase flexibility, adhesion, and impact resistance. The EPS products are used for manufacturing of flexible, impact – resistant, crack bridging and corrosion resistant coatings, adhesives, sealants and composites in industrial, marine, and protective coatings, casting, and tooling as well as high performance adhesives and sealant formulations.
